I have waited over a month and still haven't gotten myorder

I went to shop Brayola, because one day I realized that Walmart and Target could no longer facilitate the changing gravity stricken landscape was becoming this body. So i went to the Brayola website. There is something there for every size. Now here is the kicker. There are bras and panties, shapers, leggings. But the sizes are off, at least for me. I have to order in two different cup sizes for a good fit depending on the cut and style of the bra. The shaper that I ordered fit but it seemed a little too loose and really doesn't rearrange much. I ordered two panties, haven't worn them, they look a little on the small side. The quality of the material is a plus. One of the bras that I ordered, a front loader was difficult to master because of its closure and the underwire was bent, ouch! I find pricing reasonable, affordable, some items can be a little pricey. For your money Brayola is an option, just be careful of the sizing... and the underwires.

My wife ordered a bra and it did not fit, was told she can not return it or exchange it. bad company practice, will not use them again or recommend them to others.

Very poor customer service, I ordered on 17th February 2020 through borderfee as apparently they are the medium that delivers to my country .. I haven't received my order till now, I contact both brayola and borderfee and they are both not helpful.
